As a final tip I would like to share the idea of seeing a Learning Agenda as a project. Make a planning and a budget. Create overviews of activities and intended results. Not only at output level, but also what do you want to achieve as a change with a Learning Agenda and how do you envisage this affecting your program in the longer term? By thinking this through at the start of a new program and by continuously adapting it, Learning remains relevant and Learning occupies the place in a program that it deserves.
Please share this post to exchange ideas about Learning and the Learning Agenda.
And / or contact me to brainstorm about this together.
