ZOOM

During a search on the world wide web I gradually discover the many possibilities of ZOOM. For use in workshops I learn that “screen sharing” can also be done using a whiteboard instead of just your own desktop. All participants can write notes on the same whiteboard, for example in a brainstorming session. Structure can also be applied in the brainstorming by means of classifications, drawing elements and, for example, arrows and circles.
Another great element of ZOOM is the use of breakaway rooms. The total group of participants can be divided into small groups in separate locations in ZOOM where the small groups work on an assignment. After a certain time, all participants come together again and discuss the results of the assignments with each other.
