Nathalia has an M.A. in Public Policy while at the same time acquiring several certificates for evaluation courses and programmes finalized.

She is an experienced sociologist and a specialist in social transformation processes. She has vast expertise in university teaching, coordination, and research (qualitative and quantitative methods), design, execution, systematization and evaluation of cultural and social transformation projects for over 10 years.

Next to being an excellent consultant and evaluator, she works as development director in La Pista Colombian Circus Corporation. She is fluent in English and Spanish and possesses basic Portuguese language skills.
