Word from CEO
Creating impact is like planting a tree. You sow a seed into the soil when you create a social development intervention. You take care of your seed by giving it enough water, nutrition, you monitor how the seeds grows and develops into a plant. You make adjustments when needed such as cutting branches or changing the temperature. Ultimately your tree is grown and provides fruits or vegetables. There may even be wider impact such as an increased biodiversity around the tree or healthier living environment for communities living near the tree. The tree may also provide shelter for forest users. This impact would not have been achieved if the seed was not planted and cared for from the beginning’
