Dr Albino Luciani is a Measurement & Learning, Health Systems Strengthening, Policy Advocacy & Performance, Reproductive Health, Nutrition, Adolescents & Youth, Diversity, Equality & Inclusion and Strategy expert with 18 years’ experience of successfully fundraising, designing, implementing, researching, capacity building, quality assuring and evaluating public, private and civil society programs in Africa, Asia and Middle East. He has experience of strengthening MEAL & inclusive systems and providing technical assistance and support in Health, Information Management, Education, Economic Recovery, Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights, Women Empowerment, Climate Change, Child Protection and Resilience. He has multi-country and multi-sectorial experience working in 29 African, 9 Asia, 4 Middle East, and 3 European countries and has led or been part of over 480 evaluations/assessments/researches and 5 clinical trials.
He holds a PhD in Biostatistics and Epidemiology
