Ayey Madut is a public health expert and a research consultant specializing in monitoring, evaluation, and research. With experience as a Health and Nutrition Manager for a national NGO, she led project evaluations funded by various donors, including the World Bank, the Kingdom of the Netherlands in collaboration with Save the Children International, and the Global Affairs Canada (GAC) funded project with Action Against Hunger USA. As a consultant with UNFPA South Sudan, Ayey conducted the end-of-project evaluation for a SIDA-funded initiative that established One Stop Centres for Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and safe houses. In addition, Ayey is a dedicated researcher and lecturer at the University of Juba, specializing in biostatistics, health research, and epidemiology. Ayey is proficient in various analytical tools, including SPSS, STATA, Epi Info7, and MS Office, which she utilizes in her research and consultancy projects. Her expertise supports impactful, evidence-based humanitarian interventions in South Sudan. Fluent in English, Arabic, Kiswahili, Luganda, and Dinka, she excels in navigating international collaborations and negotiations, facilitating productive partnerships across diverse cultural contexts.
