I have always been a big fan of Outcome Harvesting for its qualitative storytelling features and learning and reflection possibilities. Plan International Netherlands elevated the possibilities of Outcome harvesting to the next level with its quantitative analysis tools, completing the qualitative analysis of outcome harvesting data. By coding different elements of outcome statements and correlating these different elements in Excel, advanced insights are generated as shown in the graph below.
