Manon is owner of Manon de Courten Training, Consulting & Translations. She has PhD in philosophy and Master in Russian language and culture, Western philosophy and world history. As a freelance consultant, Manon provides strategic advice on advocacy for human rights and inclusion through evaluation, proposal writing, assessment and capacity building for CIS countries and EU-Eastern Neighborhood. She is able to get stakeholders together ranging from government officials to NGOs representing communities. Dr. de Courten supports creating a context of mutual trust as an essential condition for fruitful cooperation and impact. Her language skills include French, English, Dutch, Russian and German.
